I thought the yellow part looked kind of blurry and unpleasant in comparison to everything else. If it looked sharper (like the scrapings you have going on in the background) it could look better.
Also, no offense, but it almost makes the wallpaper look like a block of cheddar cheese. Please don’t attack me, I’m just giving honest critique.
Lookin’ good bro. I think if you want to increase the blood effect, it might help to make all the red have a slight reflective glare. Just my .02
